Job summary

Saputo Inc. in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to manage inventory control, cycle counts, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead the warehouse team, coordinate tasks, handle returns, and ensure accurate SAP/WMS transactions while meeting safety and GMP standards.

Starting wage $30.05 per hour with shift differential, and opportunities for development within Saputo's growing dairy operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred in supply chain or inventory control.
• Two years of lead warehouse experience in a warehouse/ logistics environment.
• Strong computer skills with word processing and spreadsheets; SAP/WMS a plus.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and read orders and reports.
• Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory activities; confirm quantities and locations and report variances.
• Oversee inventory control tasks; investigate discrepancies from exception codes.
• Complete monthly cycle counts and reconcile as needed.
• Manage physical customer returns; investigate shortages, overages, damages and respond with findings.
• Lead warehouse team activities; coordinate, assign work, report and follow-up.
• Create Stock Transfer Orders to move products between warehouses.
• Provide scheduling support to backfill vacancies to minimize disruption.
• Perform SAP transactions and complete documentation.
