Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee 3rd shift production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across assigned lines.

You will lead a team, coordinate with plant management, schedule work, and analyze performance data using SAP ERP to meet production goals. The role requires strong supervision, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in operations management or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a food packaging environment.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience with ERP solutions, preferably SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts.
• Plan, assign, and direct work in line with schedules.
• Ensure procedures for production efficiency, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze production data using ERP to report results and downtime.
• Coordinate and communicate production schedules.
• Train and develop staff; enforce policies.
