Qualifications

• 4 years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 4 years – Experience in Position
• 4 years – Experience managing people/projects
• Understanding of production processes and controls
• 6 years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment (preferred)
• 6 years – Experience working in Position (preferred)
• 6 years – Experience managing people/projects (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production floor operations to meet safety, quality and throughput goals
• Maintain positive working relationships and promote a safe, productive environment
• Adjust assignments to meet production targets and verify orders in systems
• Coach, hire, train, and review performance; partner with HR and Production Manager on actions
• Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize downtime on lines
• Prepare shift reports on production numbers, downtime, attendance and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with GMP and Food Safety standards and company policies
