Job summary

The candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in manufacturing environments and a solid understanding of production processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a manufacturing environment or field similar.
• Experience managing people or projects.
• Understanding of production processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production shift and meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Coach and develop team members; manage attendance and performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and HR on actions and escalations.
• Prepare shift reports on production numbers, downtime, and quality checks.
