Job summary

Niagara Bottling in the United States is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations of the Production Department, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met in line with regulatory requirements.

You will lead the production team, coordinate with planning and maintenance, and drive improvements in efficiency, costs, and cycle times while maintaining a world-class safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 6 years in current position or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing people and projects.
• Strong understanding of production processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production department activities to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Collaborate with planning to create schedules meeting internal and external needs.
• Coach and develop supervisors; participate in recruiting and performance reviews.
• Partner with maintenance to schedule preventative work on lines.
• Analyze production data and contribute to budget and forecast.
