Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator Lead to support the Production Supervisor and lead daily production on the floor. You will help ensure safety, quality, and throughput while coordinating with the prior shift to smooth handoffs.

The role requires conducting shift walkthroughs, preparing lines for changeovers, inspecting raw materials, and ensuring systems track BOMs and quality data. Attendance and compliance with GMP and food safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 years of experience in position, including managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Communicate with previous shift regarding challenges and opportunities on the production lines.
• Conduct walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping and quality compliance.
• Prepare lines for scheduled changeovers and inspect materials prior to changeovers.
