Job summary

Revlon Corporate in Oxford, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production for the assigned value stream, assign staff, provide work direction, and ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance across shifts.

The role focuses on mentoring and training, driving continuous improvement, monitoring performance, solving production issues, and coordinating with Operations, Quality, and HR to keep schedules and inventory in check.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related field; 5–7 years of supervisory experience in production.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills; able to motivate and develop staff.
• Knowledge of FDA-GMP environments and manufacturing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for the assigned value stream.
• Supervise line activities, provide work direction, and mentoring for associates.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance across shifts.
• Maintain adherence to production schedules and inventory targets.
• Collect data, generate metrics, and report on performance.
