Revlon is seeking an onsite Production Supervisor for the Oxford, NC facility. You will guide daily production, mentor staff, and ensure safety, quality, and efficient completion of orders in a fast-paced cosmetics manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year engineering degree (BS/BA) with 5–7 years in production supervision.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading manufacturing teams in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations as applied to cosmetics/drug-like production.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production for the assigned value stream.
• Mentor, train, and coach associates; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance; monitor line performance.
• Solve production issues, reduce waste, minimize changeovers and downtime.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and other sites as needed.
