Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production associates in a production environment (cosmetic/pharma preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong GMP, safety and quality systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production associates to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Ensure safe, compliant manufacturing with GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor OSHA guidelines and maintain equipment uptime and throughput.
• Manage cost center to meet budget goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate production plans and issues to senior management.
