Job summary

Revlon in the United States is seeking an onsite Production Supervisor for the Oxford, NC facility. You will lead daily production, assign tasks, train staff, and monitor quality and safety metrics to meet schedule commitments.

The role requires 5-7 years of supervision in a production setting and familiarity with FDA-GMP guidelines. Base pay ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, with eligibility for incentives.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in engineering preferred
• 5-7 years of production supervision experience
• Experience in FDA-GMP environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production on assigned value stream
• Supervise line activities, assign work, train and mentor associates
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to GMP policies
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste
• Monitor schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
• Provide data and reporting on line performance
• Act as back-up to Operations Manager as needed
