Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish schedules and coordinate worker activities for optimal shift performance.
• Be accountable for site KPI and collaborate with customers.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, coaching, and recognition.
