Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years of experience.
• Maintenance/technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and assign work to technicians and service staff.
• Manage shift performance and ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate customer communications and vehicle status updates.
• Oversee parts inventory and shop tooling needs.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on site.
• Support continuous improvement and training for staff.
