Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred with related experience.
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and assign work to technicians and analyze workflow to optimize productivity.
• Manage personnel and performance, training and development for shift staff.
• Maintain customer relationships, ensure uptime and communicate PMs and breakdowns.
• Oversee parts/inventory and shop tools; ensure quality inspections and safety adherence.
• Monitor finances, payroll, POs, and billing; ensure accurate reporting and cost control.
