Job summary

Ryder is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its Rancho Dominguez, CA location. You will assist the Operations Manager, supervise a shift, coordinate technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting labor targets.

The role offers a developmental path toward Ops Manager, with cross-functional training and comprehensive benefits. Hours are 6:00AM to 2:30PM, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1–3 years in maintenance ops.
• Experience with a Shop Management System is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow, planning, scheduling and assignment of work to technicians.
• Develop personnel, provide training, and manage performance.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure vehicle uptime and service quality.
