Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required; higher education preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor degree in a related field preferred or 1–3 years maintenance ops experience.
• Experience in a Ryder role may substitute formal education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow: scheduling, assigning work to technicians, and tracking productivity.
• Manage labor and performance of personnel on shift.
• Maintain customer relations and ensure vehicle uptime and service quality.
• Oversee parts inventory, tooling needs, and shop equipment.
