Job summary

You will drive performance against metrics, train staff, and coordinate with management to meet labor, safety and customer objectives. The role emphasizes shop floor leadership, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain vehicle uptime and quality while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–3 years in maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated success in Ryder or similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and assign work for technicians; track productivity and lead shift meetings.
• Ensure warranty policies and procedures are followed.
• Triage unscheduled drive-ins and coordinate with customers and technicians.
• Conduct yard checks to optimize scheduling and prioritization.
• Oversee payroll, invoices and shop budgeting to meet financial targets.
