Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Midland, TX. Work Mon-Fri, 9:00am–7:00pm, with an annual salary plus bonus.Responsibilities include workflow and labor management, customer relations, asset and quality control, and cost oversight to meet targets while ensuring safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred or 1–3+ years in maintenance operations.
• Experience in maintenance operations or similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and Office skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: schedule and assign work to technicians, track productivity.
• Labor management: train and develop personnel; performance management.
• Customer management: manage customer relationships and ensure vehicle uptime.
• Asset management: manage shop appearance, equipment, and parts inventory.
• Quality management: inspections, root-cause analysis, safety and compliance.
• Financial management: manage budget, payroll, POs, invoicing, and costs.
