Job summary

Ryder is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Fort Lupton, CO, 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday. Salary is announced as annual with bonuses and comprehensive benefits; position supports the Operations Manager and oversees technicians, service staff, and related shop activities to meet metrics.

The role emphasizes labor management, workflow optimization, customer communication, asset and safety compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

H.S. diploma/GED required.
Associate’s degree preferred or 1–3 years or more experience in a maintenance operations environment required. Demonstrated success in a Ryder role may be substituted for this requirement.
Bachelor’ s degree preferred or 1–3 years or more experience in a maintenance operations environment required. Demonstrated success in a Ryder role may be substituted for this requirement.
Maintenance and Technical experience in a shop environment required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with a Shop Management System preferred; Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

Workflow management: plan, schedule and assign work to technicians; track productivity and RO reviews.
Labor management: train and develop personnel; performance management.
Customer management: ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime; handle PM scheduling and updates.
Asset management: oversee shop appearance, tooling needs and vehicle specs.
Quality management: conduct inspections, root-cause analysis and corrective actions; ensure documentation.
