Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: analyze, plan, schedule work to technicians; track productivity; manage RO review and approval.
• Labor management: manage and develop personnel; performance management.
• Customer management: handle customer relations, PM scheduling, breakdown updates; ensure vehicle uptime.
