Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions, in partnership with MPG, seeks a PT Shift Coordinator to oversee attendance, performance and quality of temporary staff. You will ensure timely shift starts, monitor safety and compliance, and coordinate training with Shift Leads to support efficient operations.

The role requires strong organization, computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Outlook), and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; multi-language ability desirable.
• Proficient with multiple computer software applications.

Responsibilities

• Review safety information and ensure onboarding of new temporary staff.
• Monitor shift arrivals and ensure dress code and ID badges are in view.
• Oversee training of new staff with Shift Leads.
• Track attendance daily and enforce Masis’ policy with warnings.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and coordinate with operations managers.
• Conduct weekly meetings with Operations Manager to resolve issues.
• Balance staffing and communicate needed adjustments to ensure production flow.
