Masis Staffing Solutions On-Site Manager position oversees client site operations to deliver high-quality staffing services and maintain a productive, compliant environment. Builds a strong partnership with the client by providing practical staffing solutions and close collaboration with leadership.

The role supervises Masis staff and temporary associates, coordinates requisitions and timekeeping, ensures accurate documentation, and drives workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• College preferred.
• 2–3 years of high-volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting.
• 2–3 years of account management and cultivating relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/manage the requisition of temporary employment.
• Ensure timely expediting of orders with Masis Staffing Solutions branch office to meet fulfillments.
• Ensure all temporary associates work, arrive on time and have times documented.
• Expedite orders with Masis Staffing Solutions team members to reduce cycle time.
• Coordinate temporary associate recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
• Conduct temporary associate orientation and performance checks as needed.
• Act as liaison between temporary associates and client supervisors to resolve issues.
• Maintain close contact with key account principles to ensure client satisfaction.
• Build top-of-mind awareness through in-person visits to foster consultative relationships and grow on-site business.
• Consistently exceed client and talent expectations with innovative staffing solutions.
• Data entry into Masis Staffing Solutions ATS, maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate drug testing and fitness determinations appointments.
• Perform other related duties as required.
