Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred or 1-3+ years in maintenance ops.
• Maintenance and technical shop experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Shop Management System experience preferred; Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: analyze, plan and schedule work to technicians; track productivity and assign tasks.
• Ensure warranty policies and procedures are executed.
• Triaged unscheduled drive-ins; communicate with customers and assign work to technicians.
• Conduct yard checks to optimize scheduling and prioritization.
• Manage and develop personnel; support customer relationships and vehicle uptime.
• Oversee parts inventory, tooling, equipment, and vehicle specs in SAM; ensure documentation.
