• Workflow management: plan, schedule and assign work to technicians and track productivity.
• Labor management: provide training and development for personnel and manage performance.
• Customer management: maintain customer relationships and ensure vehicle uptime with timely communication.
• Asset management: oversee shop appearance, tooling, and parts inventory.
