• Create a welcoming environment for each guest and ensure the restaurant feels like home for all.
• Ensure team members maintain cleanliness standards across the restaurant.
• Coordinate security and cash handling procedures and ensure registers adhere to policies.
• Address and deescalate guest issues; consult management for complex issues.
• Maintain positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to team members.
• Communicate and address team member performance and policy violations to management.
• Strictly adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures.
