Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume restaurant.
• Participate in day-to-day restaurant activities.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service.
• Set the tone for the shift and model Chick-fil-A values.
• Coach and encourage Team Members to meet standards.
• Assist with training new Team Members.
• Monitor deployment of Team Members based on needs.
• Maintain speed of service, hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality.
• Address needs promptly and respectfully; assist opening/closing.
• Complete cash handling and shift procedures; communicate updates.
