Chick-fil-A Enterprise is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during each shift, guiding 20+ teammates in a fast-paced, multi-million-dollar setting. You will drive speed, quality, and safety while coaching staff in real time and upholding guest-focused service standards.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and the development of leadership skills, with growth opportunities across the organization and a strong emphasis on teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum availability of 35+ hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Open and close availability across at least 4 days per week.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by setting the tone, pace, and standard for performance
• Run operations during peak hours, including $4000+ hours, while maintaining speed, accuracy, and food quality
• Coach team members in real time to improve performance and build confidence
• Communicate clear goals and expectations before and during each shift
• Hold the team accountable through both positive and direct feedback
• Identify breakdowns in operations and take immediate action to correct them
• Ensure food safety standards are followed and validated each shift
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Support opening and closing routines to ensure a clean and prepared restaurant
