Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, 2 years manufacturing experience with supervisory exposure, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. Aseptic production experience is desirable; on-site, full-time shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering required.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing or related experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP or other manufacturing systems.
• Working knowledge of safety, quality systems and cGMPs.
• Familiarity with documentation in regulated environments; good writing skills.
• Aseptic production experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Safety: maintain a culture of zero incidents and enforce EHS requirements.
• People: deploy team, delegate tasks, train staff, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews, verify time/attendance.
• Operational: coordinate shift activities to meet production schedule and ensure smooth handover.
• Compliance: ensure regulatory compliance; perform line clearance and spot checks as needed.
• Performance: manage cycle time and changeover improvements on shift.
• Development: develop direct reports with training and growth plans.
• Operation Excellence: participate in process improvement initiatives.
