Potbelly is seeking a Restaurant Leadership role to coach and develop teams, interview and hire staff, and maintain efficient shift operations. You will schedule workers, supervise health and safety standards, and contribute to cost control while growing the shop’s performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurant or retail.
• You must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Ability to write schedules and manage labor goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop Associates and Shift Leaders.
• Interview and hire Associates, Certified Trainers and Shift Leaders.
• Schedule staff and maintain labor goals.
• Drive shop marketing and promotions to maximize sales.
• Ensure health and safety standards and ensureCustomer issues are resolved.
• Count drawers and handle cash procedures; manage cost controls.
