Qualifications

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position safely while meeting productivity standards.
• Able to stand and/or walk entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or Donatos equivalent experience.
• Completion of Donatos MIT Program and related certifications, Shift Manager E-learning modules, and food handler courses.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with and listens to customers attentively and enthusiastically.
• Anticipates customer needs at all access points and removes service barriers.
• Displays care and empathy for customers and follows steps when resolving complaints.
• Ensures the team delivers all elements of Donatos Service Behaviors.
• Trains new Associates to execute Donatos standards and processes.
• Ensures orders are accurate and delivered within promised times.
• Manages shift execution, including pre/post-shift checklists and dough plans.
• Coaches the drivers for People, Promise and Prosperity (positive environment, etc.).
• Models performance standards and leads by example.
• Manages food, labor and costs through training and coaching.
• Opens and/or closes the restaurant with proper procedures and paperwork.
• Enforces cash control procedures and inventory management.
• Ensures food safety and personal hygiene standards per Donatos and local Health Department.
