Job summary

Donatos Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will coach and train Associates to deliver high quality food and friendly, honest service while safeguarding Associates, customers and assets.

You will open or close the restaurant as needed, handle administrative tasks, manage food costs, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Weekly pay and tip sharing are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential functions safely while meeting productivity standards.
• Able to stand and/or walk entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Occasional bending and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with and listens to customers attentively and enthusiastically.
• Anticipates customer needs and removes service barriers.
• Ensures the team delivers all elements of Donatos Service Behaviors.
• Trains new Associates to execute Donatos standards and processes.
• Ensures orders are accurate and delivered within promised times.
• Manages shift execution, payroll hours and inventory awareness.
