Job summary

Donatos is seeking a Shift Manager to uphold Quality and Services systems in the restaurant. The role involves coaching Donatos Associates to deliver high-quality food and friendly, honest service, and may open or close the restaurant when a salaried Manager is absent, ensuring safe openings/closings and proper administration.

The position requires leadership, training, and hands-on supervision to maintain product quality, service standards, and safety compliance throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or equivalent experience
• Completion of MIT program and all certifications, Shift Manager e-learning modules, and food handler courses
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains Associates to deliver Donatos standards and high-quality food
• Ensures orders are accurate and served within promised times
• Manages team, labor, and costs through training and coaching
• Opens and/or closes the restaurant with proper administrative procedures
