Job summary

Donatos Pizza Vestavia Hills is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee Quality and Service systems in the restaurant. You will coach and train Associates to deliver high-quality food and friendly, honest service while ensuring safe opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include managing shift execution, training new staff to Donatos standards, and maintaining food safety, labor costs, and customer satisfaction throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and coaching staff

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Willingness to train Associates on standards and processes

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains Associates to meet Donatos Service Behaviors.
• Ensures orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Manages shift checklists, staffing, and labor costs.
• Upholds food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Models performance standards and provides timely guidance to the team.
• Opens and closes restaurant following administrative procedures.
