Job summary

Donatos Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee quality and service systems in our Alabama restaurant. You will coach associates to deliver high-quality food and friendly, honest service, and you may open or close in the absence of a salaried manager, handling administrative duties and safeguarding people, customers, and assets.

Responsibilities include supervising shift operations, ensuring accurate orders, enforcing food safety standards, and training new team members to uphold Donatos’

Qualifications

• Must safely perform essential functions while meeting productivity standards.
• Stand/walk entire shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Occasional bending and twisting.
• 1 year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or Donatos equivalent.
• Completion of Donatos MIT Program and all corresponding certifications, Shift Manager E-learning modules, and food safe handler’s courses.
• Able to execute all items on the Shift Manager readiness checklist.

Responsibilities
