Job summary

HMSHost in Phoenix is seeking a Manager II (MGRII) to assist Branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant operations. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and meets high operational standards.

You will supervise day-to-day activities of associates, manage scheduling, enforce beverage policies, and uphold health and safety practices, reporting to the GM or Director of Operations; on-site shifts vary by dayparts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years food & beverage, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine or production kitchen.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures
• Assists the GM/AGM in supervising day-to-day activities of associates within a defined group of restaurants/points-of-sale
• Ensures compliance with all company beverage policies and AB procedures
• Participates in interviewing and recommends promotion or status changes to the GM
• Manages schedules and ensures all shifts are covered
