HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to support branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine operations. Ensure the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high standards; make management decisions using prescribed policies.

The role requires strong leadership, experience supervising associates, and the ability to manage shifts across opening, busy periods, and closing times at an airport location. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years food & beverage, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and closing procedures per company policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within a defined unit.
• Enforce AB policies for alcohol service and ensure staff follow procedures.
• Participate in hiring input and advise on promotions or changes to GM.
• Assign tasks, prepare schedules, and ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure mandated rest breaks and meals are taken by staff.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Operate cash register and handle cash securely following policies.
• Monitor wellness and safety procedures and report concerns to GM.
• Perform Health and Safety activities as specified in the Manager’s Guide.
• Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices.
• Maintain current contact information for all associates.
