Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager II (MGRII) to assist Branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed and operating to high standards.

The role involves supervising associates, managing schedules, enforcing AB policies, and coordinating with the GM/AGM. A varied, rotating schedule on site is required to cover opening, busy dayparts, and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years food & beverage, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents; converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures in line with policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Ensures compliance with health/safety and AB procedures.
• Assists GM/AGM in interview process and staffing decisions.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures wellness and safety procedures are followed; reports concerns.
