The role emphasizes reliable attendance, teamwork, and strong communication to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and customer satisfaction across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift.
• Dependable attendance record with the ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts.
• Ability to proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences in accordance with company policies.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to being dependable, accountable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Lead shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure operational, food safety, and guest service standards are consistently met.
• Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash accountability, and shift execution.
• Monitor productivity and overall shift performance.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift.
