Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food handler certifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew across shifts and lead operations in the absence of the GM or Assistant manager, including training and opening/closing.
• Perform crew tasks as needed: makeline, oven monitoring, packaging, order accuracy and guest service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate with drivers and the manager to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance registers accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve performance.
• Assist with training new team members and setting clear expectations.
• Handle shift-related issues with professionalism and strong problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations.
