Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of operational tasks including food prep, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Adhere to all company policies to maintain high quality standards.
• Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes.
