Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC, based in Northern Indiana, seeks a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead team members during shifts. You will be accountable for operations when management is not present and drive guest satisfaction, safety, and profitability.

Candidates should demonstrate leadership, coaching, and ability to manage food and labor costs, while using AES systems to run smooth shifts. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in varied temperatures.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
