Job summary

AES Restaurants in Northern Indiana is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during shifts. You will be responsible for service quality, guest satisfaction, and maintaining cash and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
