Job summary

AES Restaurants is hiring a Shift Manager in Miami, Florida. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations and ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. You will be accountable for operations during shifts when management is not present.

Your responsibilities include ensuring team performance, training team members, and implementing restaurant standards for operations and safety. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license and should be able to meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
