Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on assigned shifts and guide the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will be responsible for maintaining service standards, coaching staff, and ensuring cash controls and inventory are properly managed across shifts. A reliable vehicle is required, along with ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
