Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and direct team members during shifts. You will hold full accountability for operations when management is absent, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

The role requires flexible shifts, a reliable vehicle, ServSafe credentials or willingness to obtain them, and the physical ability to meet demands such as standing long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for maintenance.
• Bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
