Job summary

Roles progress through four levels, all requiring ServSafe certification. You will train staff, manage inventory and costs, complete administrative tasks, and uphold safety standards to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Manage costs, cash handling, labor, supplies and energy use.
• Oversee shift transitions and cash register operations.
• Supervise team, communicate clearly, and ensure customer service.
• Train new and existing team members in procedures.
• Complete shift management administrative tasks and reports.
• Post sales readings and conduct shift walk-throughs.
• Enforce safety and security procedures.
• Provide coaching and development for team members.
