The Shift Manager will work with the AGM/GM/AC to meet performance targets and maintain a safe, efficient venue. Strong communication and ServSafe knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card per state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and uphold satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed and maintain professional appearance.
• Train and develop individuals seeking leadership roles with constructive feedback.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist upper management in achieving the restaurant’s financial goals.
• Keep leadership informed about issues at the restaurant.
