Shake Shack in Naples, FL seeks a shift leadership role to oversee service flow, safeguard safety and quality, and coach a team of hourly Team Members. The position involves hands-on leadership, interviewing applicants, and supporting operations such as purchasing and inventory.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of restaurant leadership, a local food safety certification, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Formación

• 1+ year restaurant leadership supervising a team
• Food safety certification per local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication

Responsabilidades

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
• Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members
• May assist with operational support functions (Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations
