Job summary

Shake Shack Florida is seeking a dedicated restaurant leader to manage the flow of service, direct the team on shift, and uphold safety, cleanliness, quality and speed to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will help build a high performing team of hourly crew, participate in interviews, and assist with purchasing, receiving and inventory while contributing to operational excellence and a welcoming Shack culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
