Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Weekend availability at least one day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
• Food Handler Certification within 30 days if not current.
• 1+ years of food service or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Lead shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure operational, food safety, and guest service standards are consistently met.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of every scheduled shift.
