Job summary

Auntie Anne's is hiring a Shift Manager in Merrillville, IN to lead the team during each shift and uphold quality, service, and safety standards. You will coach staff, handle guest concerns, and escalate issues to store leadership as needed.

We value 18+ leaders with partial supervisory experience, flexible availability, and comfort working in warm/cold kitchen environments. This position offers growth and benefits, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
0-1 year of food service or retail experience.
Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift.
Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins).
Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems).
Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
